Returns & Refunds
At Shoeno, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after this period.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
 - If the original packaging is unavailable, please pack the item securely using protective materials.
 - The return address will be provided with your return label, as it may vary depending on the item.
 
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer. Items purchased on sale or during special promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost during transit, we will gladly issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost within 30 days.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Please check your bank account again.
 - Contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
Shipping times for exchanged or replacement items may vary based on your location.
