    We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee. Orders over $39 qualify for free shipping within the United States.

Order Tracking

If you don’t see tracking information right away, it means your shipment is still being registered by the carrier. Once scanned, updates will appear automatically.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Shoeno is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once your package leaves our facility, any request for address changes, redirection, or forwarding through the carrier is at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected parcels in such cases.
